91st Meridian

An imprint of Autumn Hill Books, Inc., 91st Meridian Books is a collaborative publishing venture between AHB and the International Writing Program at the University of Iowa.

Titles published under this imprint include an anthology of creative responses to the 2010 Haitian earthquake by writers from that island nation; the “virtual drama” Book Wings, with contributions by Linor Goralik, Terrance Hayes, Dora Malech, Matthew Zapruder, and many more; three collections of essays by international authors including Adisa Bašić, Daniel Alarcón, Marilyn Hacker, Jane Hirschfeld, Ameena Hussein, Lewis Hyde, Richard Kenney, Scott Russell Sanders, David St. John, Ma Thida, and Natasha Tretheway; and an anthology of writings by major Singapore writers living today.

91st Meridian Books is closely associated with 91st Meridian, an electronic publication of the International Writing Program at the University of Iowa that aims to support and inspire reading beyond the national, linguistic, and cultural borders of the Anglophone sphere.
